Spa in the City coplies with all relevant UK law in regards to products and services.
Our delivery charges to mainland UK are free for gift voucher purchases. There will be a standard charge of £2.99 for all other product purchases unless stated differently in your shopping cart.
Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulation 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to all purchases except gift voucher purchases, were you have a 24hour cancellation notice only.
